    • 3 cups flour (500 gr);

    • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
    • whole egg and yolk.

    For cream:

    • vanilla pudding (for example, Dr Oetker) - 2 sachets of 40 grams;
    • 6 tbsp. l. Sahara;
    • 700 ml of milk.

    For filling:

    • 6 medium apples not solid varieties;
    • 3 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs (to soak up excess moisture);
    • lemon juice (so that apples do not darken).

    The set of products is designed for a form with a diameter of 28 cm.Start cooking:

    1. Sift the sifted flour with vanillin and baking powder. Add margarine or sink. oil, knead. Divide into two parts (one slightly less than the other), remove the "rest" in packages in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
    2. Peel the apples, cut the core, cut the flesh into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice, stir.
    3. Measure 0.5 liters of milk, put on fire. In the remaining 200 ml of milk add pudding and sugar, carefully mix with whisk. When the milk boils, add the milk mixture in a thin trickle, stirring with a whisk. Then slowly bring the cream to the bubbles and turn it off.
