• Chillindron chicken

    You will need
    • - 2 small chicken weighing 600 g each;
    • - 4 tomatoes;
    • - 4 small green peppers;
    • - 200 ml of olive oil;
    • - 1 onion;
    • - 150 g smoked ham;
    • - a glass of red light wine;
    • - garlic, chili pepper, salt.
    Rinse chickens, cut into portions. Fry in olive oil until cooked. Pieces of chicken should be covered with a golden crust.
    Peel onion, pepper and garlic, chop. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Garlic is better to take a little more, so that the sauce turned out sharper. Fry these ingredients separately in a saucepan.
    Transfer the fried chicken pieces to the skillet, simmer together for 5 minutes.
    Thinly cut raw smoked ham, send it to a saucepan, pour in red wine (it is better to take dessert), cook 15 minutes.
    After this time, pieces of chicken can be served on the table. Top them with sauce, in which the chicken is stewed.
