Here is the recipe for making a cupcake with raisins on kefir, which is very tasty. Required ingredients:First you need to beat the eggs with sugar.Then we add 1 cup of kefir and mix well.Next, gradually add stirring flour to the egg-kefir mixture so that lumps are not formed in the test. Add baking powder and vegetable oil.We mix everything well.Now add well washed raisins to the dough. You can use nuts or candied fruits instead of raisins.You need to mix everything thoroughly.I have a special form for making a cupcake, namely a metal one with wavy sides. But you can use any other baking dish in the oven. Tip: To prevent the cupcake from sticking to the form, you can sprinkle it with semolina or breadcrumbs.Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish and set in the oven.Bake this cake with raisins preferably at a temperature of 180 degrees for 50 minutes. But about the readiness of the cake you can also guess by the brownish muffin and appetizing flavor.It is better to cut the cake into portions when it cools a little.
