    • water - 0.5 liters.

    Berries need to be washed, cleaned from the stem and tail (usually they are carefully cut), and then pierced so that when cooking the berries do not spread. After sprinkling them with vodka and putting them in the freezer for 20 minutes, after the time has passed, we move them to the refrigerator for the whole night. In the morning, boil the syrup out of water and sugar, when it boils, put the prepared gooseberry in it and bring it to the boil again, then immediately set aside from the stove.

    We give the mixture to cool (you can not interfere with it, just shake it slightly), and when it has cooled completely, pour the syrup through a colander. Then again bring the syrup to a boil, again add berries into it and boil until boiling, set aside and cool.

    In total, this cooking should be repeated 3-4 times, for the last time we cook the jam for 30 minutes (readiness is checked using the drop method). We spread the ready mix hot on the sterilized cans and close them.

    • dill - 15 g;
    • garlic - 20 g;
    • salt.

    Then add salt to taste, it should turn out slightly sour and slightly salty, with subtle notes of dill and garlic. It is recommended to consume such sauce immediately, since, having stood, it quickly breaks up into separate particles and loses its taste.

    Recipe for Aromatic Compote

    Why drink purchased juices with a variety of canned additives,when you can always eat homemade compote? It can be prepared for the winter, and you can cool off on a hot summer day, and gooseberry is a really good basis for making a tasty drink.

    Due to the impressive supply of useful elements, this drink is an excellent remedy for diseases of the bladder and kidneys, as well as for diseases of the liver and even obesity. What do we need for compote?

    • gooseberry - 300 g;
    • water - 1 l;
    • sugar - 50 g.

    All berries must be carefully selected, selected spoiled and cleaned from the stalks, washed. In a clean pot, pour a liter of water, bring it to a boil and add sugar. Do not forget the berries, as in the case of jam, gently pierce the needle, thanks to this simple secret, all your berries will remain whole, and not crawl to pieces.

    After the water and sugar have boiled, pour the prepared berries into it, after which we boil them in boiling water for about seven minutes. After the pan must be removed from the stove and let the compote cool.

    After that, you can strain it, or leave the berries in it, as you like, and then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.If you decide to procure compote for the winter, it should be poured into sterilized cans and closed.
