Do I need a passport to Belarus?

When traveling by car, at the entrance to the Republic of Belarus, you will not meet border guards. But traveling by plane, you will need to show a passport, but not necessarily foreign. In this case, the immigration card does not need to fill out. If you are going to go by train, you will need a passport only when you buy a return ticket.

Those traveling with children under the age of 14 (they still do not have passports) must have a certificate (metric) about the birth of a child, with a mark of Russian citizenship.

Without registration it is possible to stay for a month (30 days). For two months of the subsequent stay registration with payment of the state duty is required. In total, for six months, you can officially live in the Republic of Belarus for 90 days, the further stay is separately regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

We summarize our knowledge about the question: does a foreign passport to Belarus? Is it necessary? An exception will be the Kaliningrad region (transit through Lithuania or Poland) to the Republic of Belarus.
