How to cook the cake "rotten stump"
You will need
- - 250 ml of kefir
- - 250 ml of jam (or jam)

Cook the cream. Mix sugar and sour cream with a mixer until smooth.
Make a syrup. Beat 125 g of granulated sugar and water, put on low heat and bring to a boil, add 1 tbsp. cognac.
While baking the second cake, cut the first cake into two cake layers and soak it in cream and syrup. Also do with the second and third cake. And fold the pile.
