    We tell you how to pickle mushrooms for the winter, so that you get not only tasty, but also a useful snack.

    Cooking method:

    Pour 0.5 liters of water into an enamel pan, add salt and bring to a boil. in the pan pre-prepared mushrooms. After some time, the marinade will cover them completely. After boiling, we make a quiet fire and cook, stirring and removing the foam, for 15-20 minutes.

    Then add spices, citric acid, vinegar and sugar. When the mushrooms sink to the bottom, remove the pan from the heat and let the mushrooms cool.

    Together with the marinade we place them in cans and close them with lids. Keep in a cool place.

    Each type of mushrooms can be boiled separately, or together, focusing on those that cook longer than others.
