• Marinated Champignons in 10 minutes

    A cool snack, I tell you, everyone will like such mushrooms! And so that they also looked elegant on the table, choose small champignons of the same caliber. They cost a little more, but on the whole it is more economical to make such a billet than to buy ready-made mushrooms in a can.

    How to pickle mushrooms


    • 500 g of champignons
    • 120 ml of sunflower oil
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • 10 black peppercorns
    • 2 tsp. Sahara
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 4 bay leaves
    • 60 ml of vinegar 6%


    1. Mushrooms are thoroughly washed. Large cut in half.
    2. Prepare marinade: mix vinegar, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, bell pepper and bay leaves in a saucepan.
    3. Put the mushrooms in the marinade, add the garlic passed through the press and put the pan on the fire. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove from the fire, transfer mushrooms to the jar, fill with marinade.After waiting for cooling, put the jar of mushrooms in the fridge. After 4 hours, a tasty snack is ready!

    Yes, by the way, there is no mistake in the recipe: these mushrooms are prepared without adding water, since they give enough of their liquid.
