A cool snack, I tell you, everyone will like such mushrooms! And so that they also looked elegant on the table, choose small champignons of the same caliber. They cost a little more, but on the whole it is more economical to make such a billet than to buy ready-made mushrooms in a can.
How to pickle mushrooms
- 500 g of champignons
- 120 ml of sunflower oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 10 black peppercorns
- 2 tsp. Sahara
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 bay leaves
- 60 ml of vinegar 6%
- Mushrooms are thoroughly washed. Large cut in half.
- Prepare marinade: mix vinegar, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, bell pepper and bay leaves in a saucepan.
- Put the mushrooms in the marinade, add the garlic passed through the press and put the pan on the fire. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the fire, transfer mushrooms to the jar, fill with marinade.After waiting for cooling, put the jar of mushrooms in the fridge. After 4 hours, a tasty snack is ready!
