• Meals with oranges for every day

    Rich Diet Salad with Oranges

    - 2 oranges;
    - 1 chicken breast;
    - 1 cucumber;
    - 50 g of green salad;
    - 50 ml of olive oil;
    - 25 ml of lemon juice;
    - 10 ml of apple cider vinegar;
    - a pinch of ground black pepper;
    - salt;
    - vegetable oil;
    - parsley for decoration.
    Boil the chicken breast in salted water and lightly fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cool the white meat and cut into thin transverse slices. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and cover them with two flat plates. Put the cucumber semicircles and peeled orange slices on top. Mix separately the olive oil with vinegar and lemon juice, add pepper and a little salt. Pour over the salad with cooked sauce and garnish with parsley leaves.

    Braised Pork with Oranges

    - 500 g pork;
    - 2 oranges;
    - 1/3 tsp mixtures of three peppers and marjoram;
    - 1/2 tsp salts;
    - vegetable oil.
    Wash the meat, dry it and cut into medium bars.Heat the vegetable oil and fry the pork quickly until crust appears. Reduce heat to minimum, cover the dish with a lid and simmer the contents for 20-25 minutes. Season it with spices and salt.
    Free the oranges from the skins, cut into thick mugs and place over the meat. Tomite it another 10 minutes. Stir everything, hold on the stove for another 3-4 minutes, then set aside and immediately serve on the table.

    Orange charlotte

    - 2 oranges;
    - 3 chicken eggs;
    - 200 g of flour;
    - 10 g of baking powder;
    - 200 g of sugar;
    - 30 g butter.
    Beat eggs with a whisk or a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Without stopping beating, enter the sifted flour together with baking powder into the egg mixture. Stir all until smooth. Peel the oranges, remove the release films and chop the juicy flesh.
    Smear the heat resistant form with melted butter. Pour half of the dough into it, spread out the filling and pour the remaining flour mass. Bake a charlotte with oranges for 50 minutes at 200oC.

    Fruit Salad with Oranges

    - 2 large oranges;
    - 150 grams of red grapes;
    - 1 sweet and sour apple;
    - 2 Kiwis;
    - 1 banana.
    Peel the fruit, except citrus, and cut it arbitrarily. Cut the oranges across in half, gently scrub the pulp out of them with a teaspoon. Fill the resulting cups with fruit platter. If desired, sprinkle salad with pine nuts, grated chocolate, coconut, or cover with whipped cream.
