• Pasta with porcini mushrooms in cream sauce

    Paste400 gramsMushrooms (fresh white or champignons)800 gramsCream 20% fat250 millilitersParmesan (grated)40 grams2 tbsp.Pepper (black freshly ground)

    Rinse the mushrooms carefully and cut them into thin slices. Put in a large frying pan, close the lid and hold on medium heat for several minutes. Add cream, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to leave no lumps, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes. In the meantime, boil the pasta to the state of al dente. Serve ready-made pasta on heated plates with mushroom sauce and grated parmesan.
