for thin dough in a 24 cm pan:
- egg 1/2 pcs;
- flour 2.5 tbsp. l.;
- sour cream 2.5 tbsp. l.;
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil for frying.
for the filling:
- tomato 1 pc;
- ham 50 gr;
- fried champignons 4 tbsp. l.;
- grated cheese
- tomato paste;
- You can add canned corn.
We mix all the ingredients for the dough, the dough turns out to be liquid.
Preparing the filling: cut everything, fry mushrooms, rub cheese.
Pour the dough into a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Lubricate with sauce / ketchup / tomato paste, lay out the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and fry over medium heat until the cheese melts (5-7 minutes).
