    Option number 1

    You can make a delicious pie with sour cream. Here is a list of ingredients that will be needed:

    • two glasses of flour;
    • 1 cup sour cream;
    • three tablespoons of cocoa;
    • a glass of sugar;
    • three eggs;
    • about 50 grams of butter;
    • ½ tsp soda.

    For the glaze:

    • two tablespoons of sugar;
    • two tablespoons of milk;
    • three tablespoons of cocoa powder;
    • 40-50 grams of butter.

    The main stages of cooking

    1. First you need to beat the eggs well with sugar. After whipping, a light foam should be obtained.
    2. Then add sour cream into the egg mixture, beat it all over again, but at a low mixer speed.
    3. Now add the softened (but not melted) butter, whisk everything again.
    4. Gradually add flour, continuing to beat the composition.
    5. Quench the soda with boiling water and add to the mixture, whisk it again. The consistency of the finished dough should resemble rather thick sour cream.
    6. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one of them, mix everything thoroughly.
    7. Now prepare a baking dish and grease it with butter.
    8. Then proceed to the most interesting part - the formation of the future pie. To make it striped, like a zebra, you need to lay out light and dark dough alternately. So first put in the center of the form two or three tablespoons of light dough, then the same amount of dark. Spread the dough, alternating it, until you use the entire volume.
    9. Send the form to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
    10. Now you can proceed to the preparation of the glaze. First mix the milk with sugar and heat the mixture on the stove until the sugar is completely dissolved. Now add cocoa. Remove from heat and add butter to it.Mix everything well with a mixer and proceed with the lubrication of the cake.
    11. When the icing hardens, you can serve the cake. This is delicious!

    Option number 2

    No less tasty and more dietary will be a kefir pie. Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of kefir;
    • three eggs;
    • a glass of sugar;
    • 100 grams of butter or margarine;
    • teaspoon of soda;
    • 1 bag of vanilla;
    • two glasses of flour;
    • 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa.

    Cooking method:

    1. Quench the soda with boiling water and immediately add to the yogurt so that it starts to bubble.
    2. Mix eggs with melted butter and sugar, shake well.
    3. Mix the egg mixture with kefir, whisk everything again.
    4. Now start introducing flour, without stopping the beating process, but choosing the minimum speed.
    5. Divide the dough into two parts, add cocoa to one.
    6. Lay the dark and light dough alternately in a baking dish, oiled.
    7. Bake the cake at 160-170 degrees for about an hour.

    Option number 3

    Zebra pie can be cooked in a slow cooker. This will require:

    • about 200 grams of sour cream;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 100 grams of butter;
    • two glasses of flour;
    • about one glass of sugar;
    • 3-5 tablespoons of cocoa;
    • 1 teaspoon of soda or baking powder (baking powder).

    Cooking:

    1. First grate the butter (leave a piece to lubricate the bowl of the multivark) on a grater and mix it with sugar.
    2. Add the eggs, carefully beat the mixture.
    3. Soda is extinguished with boiling water or vinegar, mix with sour cream and add it to the rest of the ingredients, mix everything thoroughly.

    • 150 grams of flour (this is about one glass);
    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • 7 eggs;
    • 50 grams of butter;
    • 100 ml of milk;
    • 4 tablespoons of cocoa;
    • ½ tsp soda.

    Cooking:

    1. First, break all the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and thoroughly beat everything. Do not be surprised at the number of eggs, the texture of the finished dough depends on it. It will be gentle and very airy, but only if it is good to whip the egg mixture until it forms a foam.
    2. Add the softened butter and milk to the mixture, whisk everything again.
    3. Now extinguish the soda with boiling water and add to the composition.
    4. Enter the flour. In this case, you need to mix the dough thoroughly or continue to beat it (but at minimum speed).
    5. The finished dough should be divided into two parts. Add cocoa to one of them and stir it so that there are no lumps left.
    6. Take the capacity for the microwave oven (glass is best), grease it with plenty of oil. Alternately, pour the light and dark dough until everything runs out.
    7. Put the container in the microwave. Cooking time will depend on the power of the oven. In order not to overdry the cake, periodically take it out (but not too often, otherwise the dough will not be airy) and check.
