But you should not despair, because home masks can easily cope with gray hair.

And for this, it is not necessary to go to a beauty salon, where they propose to make expensive mesotherapy, but it is possible to prepare at least effective masks using natural ingredients at home.

    The healing properties of plants will saturate hair follicles with useful substances, activate blood circulation, and most importantly, stimulation of cells that produce melanin will occur. In addition, the condition of the hair and the scalp will noticeably improve, hair loss will stop and the lost shine will return.

    In magazines and on the Internet, you can find many different recipes aimed at eliminating gray hair. However, not all of them give positive results. Our article presents recipes for fairly simple but effective masks. We suggest choosing several of them and try the therapeutic effect of natural components.

    1. Vitamin cocktail. Take 2 tbsp. spoons of castor oil and olive, mix and add 0.5 teaspoons of Aekol preparation (liquid form of vitamin A and tocopherol). Apply the product with massaging movements on the skin,Cover the head with a wrap or bag, wrap a towel over the top. Keep the mask for about 30 minutes and wash off with your favorite shampoo.
    2. Nettles in honey. Depending on the length of hair take 5-10 st. spoons of fresh nettle (suitable and dry, but the effect will be less), grind in a blender to a state of gruel. Add 0.5 tbsp. spoons of liquid honey, 1 tsp of burdock oil. All ingredients are well stirred. Apply the mask to the entire length of the curls, wrap with a film, then with a towel and hold for 40 minutes.
    3. Therapeutic herbal infusion. This recipe is suitable for women who do not like oil masks. For the preparation of funds we need 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dry burdock roots, oak bark, nettle and green tea. Mix the mixture with a glass of boiling water, brew in a water bath for 15 minutes and cool to a warm state. Apply the product to clean, slightly damp hair, especially rubbing into the root area. Flush infusion and cover the head is not necessary. It is advisable not to dry hair curls.
    4. Onion mask. From one large onion, squeeze out the juice, add 5 drops of lemon, 2 ml of jojoba essential oil and 2 tbsp. spoons of burdock oil. We rub into the roots, wrap hair with film, towel and hold for about 30-40 minutes. After the session, the mask is washed off with shampoo.
    5. Coconut with garlic.2-3 cloves rubbing on the smallest grater, squeeze the juice, add 1 tbsp. spoon of coconut oil and put the mixture on the roots. Keep about 45 minutes under the film and wash off with shampoo. To get rid of the unpleasant smell rinse the curls with warm water, which is added with natural apple cider vinegar.
    6. Coloring infusion. If you do not like chemical hair dyes, then thanks to this recipe you can paint over your gray hair. Take 8-10 st. tablespoons black tea and pour 1 liter of boiling water. Cover with a lid and leave to infuse. Then filter, pour in a small bowl and add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of apple cider vinegar (for color stabilization). On clean, freshly washed hair gradually pour this solution (each strand needs to be processed about 10-15 times).

    Dip long curls right into the infusion and hold them there for 5 minutes. At the end of the session, gently squeeze the hair, but do not wipe it with a towel and do not dry it with a hairdryer. After this procedure, gray strands will become a pleasant golden hue.

    This infusion should be carefully applied to blonde women, because curls may become darker. To achieve the desired result, all masks must be done regularly, no more than 1-2 times a week.

    The presented recipes will suit any woman, but if certain ingredients are contraindicated to you, you can replace them with components that have a similar effect, or simply exclude them.

    To get rid of gray hair, do not limit yourself to homemade masks. Healthy food, good sleep, healthy lifestyle and good mood will help strengthen the body and forget about this problem.
