    An initiative is an ability or an incentive to act independently and actively. A related word is enterprise.

    Initiative is an activity, due to which a person realizes his plans, launches new affairs, involving other people in this process.

    Most often, the concept of initiative is used when you need to take responsibility for a certain person and start a business if no one else decides to do it. Characteristic for groups, social groups, etc.

    The word initiative comes from lat. Initium, in translation - the beginning. In general, such a concept as an initiative does not exist in inanimate nature. It is relevant only in the relationship between people or any other living objects, since only living objects tend to overcome inertia. Living objects have a natural ability to spontaneously change the magnitude and direction of speed.
