    What to cook from squid?

    Squid Snacks

    Squid with Cheese and Garlic

    Required:

    • squid fillet - 0.5 kg;
    • eggs - 3 pcs .;
    • cheese - 150 g;
    • garlic - 3 cloves;
    • lemon - a quarter;
    • mayonnaise - 0.5 cups;
    • greenery.

    Cooking

    For starters, chop boiled squids and eggs. Cheese should be grated. Mix everything, add the squeezed garlic, lemon juice, greens and season with mayonnaise. It is good to smear such mix on bread.

    Squids eateries

    Required:

    • Squid Carcass - 1 kg;
    • tomatoes - 4 pcs .;
    • parsley - 1 bunch;
    • red sweet pepper - 3 pcs .;
    • granulated sugar - 1 tsp;
    • white wine - 100 ml;
    • garlic - 6 cloves;
    • soy sauce - 100 ml;
    • spice.

    Cooking

    Place the tomatoes in a blender, make a slurry of them, you can also do this with a regular grater. Bulgarian pepper needs to be cut into thin strips.Put the tomatoes and peppers in the pan, there will go the sugar and wine. Stew some vegetables. Fill squids with boiling water. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Rinse them with cold water and remove the chitin plates. Cut the squid into rings or strips and place in the same pan for 2 minutes. For the sauce in a blender, mix soy sauce, oil, garlic, herbs and spices. After pouring sauce on the dish, let it stand for 10 minutes.

    Squid main course

    Required:

    • squid carcasses - 2 pcs .;
    • egg white - 3 pcs .;
    • flour or bread crumbs - 1 cup;
    • oil for frying;
    • vegetable oil;
    • water - 1 cup;
    • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.

    Cooking

    Remove chitin plates from squid. Remove the skin, hovering in boiling water for 3 minutes, no more. Cut them into thin rings. Now prepare the batter: mix flour, protein, butter, soy sauce and water in a blender or fork. Place the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes. Dip the calamari in batter and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
